Access to Shared Mailboxes
Please supports users added to a shared mailbox via a mail enabled security group.
Currently the new updated shared mailbox support on mobile apps only works if the user is directly added to the mailbox.

It works now for Shared mailboxes but not for Delegate mailboxes.
Please include Delegate mailboxes as well because since we introduced InTune with Conditional Access it is no longer possible to add the delegate mailbox as a secondary account.
I can't believe you allow customers to create Group calendars which can't be viewed on mobile devices. What a terrible idea.

A shared mailbox on Office365 is a very useful tool. I have added users directly to the shared folder (not groups or lists), but they are still not visible. it would be nice to know whether or not this should work, as comments suggest, or whether Microsoft is still working on it - I can then just be patient
ERROR ADDING SHARED MAILBOX:
You cannot add a shared mailbox if in the office 365 portal configuration the members of the shared mailbox are groups and not user
This has definitely been rolled out. Your Outlook app needs to be up to date, and your Office 356 tenancy needs to have "Microsoft Sync Technology" enabled.
It works, in a way. This feature is useless to me though. We use mail-enabled security groups to manage access to shared mailboxes and from testing so far it does not work in this scenario.
Users have to be directly added to a shared mailbox or you will get an authentication error.
When will this be available? Working on it for 1 whole year comon?

No option to add office 365 shared mailbox in outlook app both Android and iPhone?
shared mailboxes are important places for incoming work and questions from my customers, so important that we all know whoever can get to a reply first, should. if we're all mobile, we don't see this inbox in our app. it customers have to wait until we are at a computer to get a reply.
companies need an easier way to do this over adding a shared inbox using your login as a SMTP or POP3
I actually have this now in the Android app. In the side panel, swipe from the left then click on the add account button. I have an option to add a shared mailbox.
First requested in 2015. Glad they're "working on it"!
ya this is a crazy thing to omit, especially since the web version of Outlook has it without issue!
This is really necessary for our users. Such an obvious missing feature!

Why is this not a feature yet? 5 YEARS?!

The feature to add
Shared mailboxes to the Outlook for Android App is long overdue.

we have multiple shared mailboxes on office 365. Like support/sales and so on. In outlook for Windows it shows, but not on outlook for android. Please add this option as it would make our lives much easier.
