Every morning the app should notify me that a certain contact "was last contacted 23 days ago. Would you like to send them a message?"

Ensure that you can also save the view that matches Outlook on other platforms. For example, when you save a contact that syncs with the current Samsung Contacts app it puts the firstname and lastname in the same field within the contact card in other versions of Outlook and doesn't recognise that it's a firstname and lastname like it would when you do it in Outlook for desktop.

Edit contacts within the Outlook app rather than the system app

Would like to see a list of all my email [sent and received] contacts in a column under "Sent", "Draft" or anywhere that is easily accessible.

Tried searching for a contact to update but it would only find the same contact from my wife's linked account which I can't edit. Very frustrating when a simple thing like changing a contacts phone number becomes such a challenge.

I want to add contacts in my Outlook app, because it is not possible to import my contact list from my phone into Outlook.

Currently you can't open contacts to select contact or there is no tree search as we type in To Cc bcc

Please make contacts available in full, including the notes. right now I mostly can see only the phone number. it is synchronizing since months! I have in in contact with the support ans have reinstalled the app several times. Once, in between, the information was there, then disappeared again. this can be devastating, especially when travelling. it can't be that I have to write my contacts again on paper...The problem has nothing to do with the online version! outlook online and on the desktop work perfectly!

When I try to search for a contact, the Outlook app searches my email folders--not my contacts folder. it seems the only way to search my contacts is to use the web-based outlook page...which is exactly what I don't want to do. I want to search locally stored contacts without needing internet. i am in a jungle and cant always get internet access but the outlook app does not support Contacts anywhere close to the way it did on my Windows phones. I miss my Lumia Windows Phone!

moving to 365 means contacts duplicated. no way to clean them up.

there used to a favorites which acted as a memory. if you cleared a name in here it would be gone. now if you delete a contact it still brings up the old email address.

Unfortunately, it seems like the contacts were an afterthought, and are hidden behind the search. For example, there is no alpha tabs for moving between contacts. It almost seems like mobile expects you to use your device's contacts, but I prefer to use my Office 365 list as the main "go to". Please take a queue from Outlook desktop and give more attention to this area.

as of now, I only see contacts with an email address. I want my whole contacts folder with the groupings. the current set up is clunky and you have to scroll through all of them. the native Samsung app was great for contacts, but now wont sync. outlook syncs, but doesn't work well for anything other than email (phone calls, addresses, notes are all important info)
