even if I have a meeting on Monday, I do not want 3 or 4 notifications about it on Sunday. I want the notification on Friday and nothing during the weekend without being forced to disconnect

I'd like fine settings for notifications like sender, object content or body content for example

email notifications can't be filtered by folders. I should be able to set which folders I want to sync and receive notifications for those folders only.

Example: I use some folders in my mailbox to redirect newsletter to which I don't necessarily need notifications for, but for a folder which I use for incoming bills I want to have them turned on. I am not able to independently select that yet, but it would be a good feature to have.

I can't stop all the notifications from teams coming into my inbox. There should be an option to stop them.

I would like to set an audible alarm for incoming mail arriving in In Focus folder, but just have, say, silent alerts for emails arriving in Other inbox. Thank you.

In the current state of Outlook for Android I can configure my notifications for focused inbox, all emails OR favorites. My problem is, that I can only select one of these options. If I set it to favorites I only get notifications for my favorites, for nothing else.
I would like to be able to run a setup like:
- E-Mails from Favorites: Notification is shown and Sound is played, phone vibrating, allow during DnD hours
- All other E-Mails: Notification is shown, NO sound played, phone vibrating, do not allow during DnD hours.Like said, I can only setup one of the above options at a time, but not use different notification schemes per "category".

Default behavior when you receive mail to a specific folder other than your Inbox is no notification. Folders are useful for managing mail from aliases or separating out mail by rules. However I need to manually check these folders for mail. I can enable notification sounds on these folders manually, but it is indistinct from the regular Inbox. It would be great if there was more control here.

I think it's fantastic to have a focused inbox. However when I am in my free time checking my notifications it would be nice to see if there is some unread message in my other inbox, while it still doesn't make a sound when those arrive. You can have separate notifications registered within Android so I believe this should be a possibility. This way you'd still be informed of some things that you don't consider requiring immediate attention, yet they don't disrupt productivity.

please bring in a possibility to setup a persistent alerting for emails. For example based on sender, subject or folder. This will help us do not miss important emails.

I'd appreciate function of sending notification (not the whole mail) to another mail.

I also don't want my emails updating automatically and there doesn't seem to be a way to manually download them rather than real time

I don't want everyone and everything notifying me on the weekend but I would like to see ACLs and rule options to allow certain addresses and groups to alert me

I only have an alert for email arrivals. I don't want alerts for everything. I only want to be alerted to certain emails from select individuals. So much spam junk everywhere.
