So it's easy to know which email address the message was sent to even before opening it.

Color coding is a must if you are allowing to use multiple accounts on outlook. if you don't have this feature you must open an email every time you want to know to which account the email was sent. Also signature sync is a must if your are using app on cross platforms.

allow allocation of people to specific colours so that when their emails arrive you can easily see which group of people had sent it. eg yellow for my managers etc. Current category colours didn't do this easily enough.

it would be nice being able to change colours to messages so that they'll be easy categorizable and recognisable

I would like to have 1 color for my work email account 1, another for work email 2, a color for personal 1, and another color for my Gmail. When viewing emails, instead of the mix of colors for the senders' images, they would all display the color assigned to my different accounts so I can quickly differentiate them all in the combined views. This would also be nice to sync with calendars, so all of my emails and events for each account can be coded to same colors.

There is no differentiation between any inbox themes or theme colors in general.

to be able to colour emails to a priority order, you could easily see which needs addressing as of importance from quick glances.

As a dyslexic user my brain is tuned to look for different visual indicators. I have three accounts setup in outlook (Google, Outlook.com and Exchange Online). When I see outlook notifications, on android, they're all the same colour, which means I have to carefully read the detail to know which account is notifying me.

I'd like for a colour coded system for emails, just like for calendars, when you have multiple emails added in the app. When displaying all inboxes it should be more clear which email belongs to which inbox without having to open the email.

When looking at all accounts inbox we need to be able to identify by color which account an email belongs to.

When looking at all account inbox, no way to easily identify at a glance what acct the email was sent to. a simple sliver of color or a dot for each message corresponding to a mail acct would solve that.
Which brings me to request 2: ability to choose my account icon identifiers / colors. I have 2 yahoo accts added and they are circles with a single letter and some random color. My gmail, hotmail and o365 all use nice icons to identify them. I'd prefer to just choose colors for them instead. don't know why the yahoos don't have the little Yahoo logo.
