Color-coding for emails
So it's easy to know which email address the message was sent to even before opening it.

mail from people one level above has different importance. can't have same approach for everyone. app should be intelligent enough to guess and confirm from user if sender is boss at different times. if user says yes put it in a different color banner
have much more ideas if you can pay me any nominal fee
can. contact on same email

colour label emails from different account for a better visual when you have more than one address in your inbox.
example: one colour for personal email, one colour for work email ect.

I use my folders as CRM and if I could color code them, I could identify which ones needed attention.

subscriptions clutter my inbox. i would like to see in one glimpse what is email from an individual or organisation and what is from a subscription. also please offer to confirm and filter subscription before they arrive in my inbox so I can reject them before they start coming through. have also a feature where you can click on a tab and see all your subscriptions in one go so you can deactivate them. one of
the most thing for me is to have an easily tidy inbox and I don't want to have to read each email to decide, I would like it to be pre-filttered for me. please focused inbox is not a good solution. I want to see all my emails. but I want to look at them categorised.

I would also like a colored icon with small abstract pic (like 16 or 24 pixels square) for each level of nested folder or maybe a number in the corner like the firdt nested folder has a tiny "1", the second level deep has a tiny 2 and so forth..

I have multiple email adresses/accounts in outlook. When I'm useing the common inbox I'd like to see imidiately, on which adress/account I got each mail. For this I would prefer a coloring of the mails by the recipient account.

Color coding is a must if you are allowing to use multiple accounts on outlook. if you don't have this feature you must open an email every time you want to know to which account the email was sent. Also signature sync is a must if your are using app on cross platforms.

allow allocation of people to specific colours so that when their emails arrive you can easily see which group of people had sent it. eg yellow for my managers etc. Current category colours didn't do this easily enough.

it would be nice being able to change colours to messages so that they'll be easy categorizable and recognisable
