there is no outbox on email on the phone version and i cannot send things from my phone that has been put in my outbox on my laptop as my devices are summed by my emails.

Why there is no outbox?.It would be so easier to manage work from mobile if the outbox was there in mobile outlook app.

Allow us to define how far into the past to sync emails. Make "load older emails" work instead of just spin endlessly. Add Outbox notification for stuck emails or options to view Outbox.

sometimes if an email is slow to go, it's not in the sent box and I've no idea where it is - have I deleted it? is it on drafts?, where on earth is it

I scheduled an important mail to my manager to be sent at 7.20pm today and left office. Now I found that it has not been sent. neither Outlook option is coming in android app not in desktop. I am gone. please help urgent.

How has there been no communication on this issue? seems like a simple fix.
GIVE US AN OUTBOX FOLDER!!!!!! Very frustrated with Outlook products. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

If I send an email while there is no network connection, a dialogue appears indicating that the email will be sent later. The first problem with this is that there is no outbox, so if I needed to copy some of the text in the unsent email I can't as the email is inaccessible. The second problem is that the pending email isn't sent as soon as a network connection is detected. It seems the email is only sent the next time Outlook is opened, even if there was a strong 4G signal for the previous hour.
