I have sub-folders in my Inbox with individuals names or to categorize my emails. When we install outlook app on cell, we have to go in each sub-folder and initiate emails download by clicking Get Messages for that particular folder. Our corporate users have over 50 Sub-folders and it looks so stupid to initiate download in so many folders.

To get a notified message I need to click on the notification, have it say "message not available", back out to the message list, refresh it then select the original message. If it's showing on the notification it should already be loaded.

outlook on mobile is useless if it can't leverage mobile features like notification; could you consider linking up mailbox folder rules to notification

APP shouldn't be connecting to Server every time I open an email. it should download entire email including attachments as and when it arrives.
It can still connect to server for syncing but it should not delay opening an email.

The client is basically displaying server info instead of client info. It should display and give notifications only for mails which has already been downloaded by the service

Morons bothered to build a "link preview" feature but couldn't be bothered to provide a convenient download button? Says a LOT about their priorities....

But please make an option to disable/enable automatic download of images, that just increases spam (tracing image). It is already blocked by default for unknown contacts in Outlook for Windows.
