Autodownload Email before Opening
Autodownload emails rather than wait until they are opened to fetch the content from the servers.

the whole point of a blackberry is the e mail service .with this new Android phone I may as well get a Samsung. I want to be able to download all my emails for 6 months so I can pull it up and forward it when I need to . I don't want all the gimmicky apps that take all the memory
I want to print my emails to a wireless connected printer!!!!!

I'd this why it sometimes takes forever to open a message?

ensuring all emails are downloaded completely when network access is available is crucial for users such as myself who frequently find themselves on aircraft or subways where internet access is not available. It is incredibly frustrating to see a header for an email you want to read but then cannot open it because the full email content has yet to be downloaded!

increase auto preview to 2-3 lines of the email with no spacing. this will save time.
also add options in settings to keep auto preview on/off how many lines of email required, etc
Make it an option. I don't need or want all my emails downloaded automatically before I view them. Or download text only. I don't need spammers knowing the account is good just because the app downloaded all images in the email.

the app opens up with a blank white screen. then after a while the messages appear. but old messages should appear immediately while waiting to download new ones.

when I go offline I can't open messages in any folder. only the headers are downloaded but the messages don't open. they used to but an update killed this feature.

This is critical, to have the ability to read/process emails while offline

Gmail manages this without slowing down the device.
this will slow down the outlook app...and ofc the device
not a good idea
yes, auto-download most of our emails so we don't have to sync them separately.
mais bien sur, ça facilitera le phishings en téléchargeant automatiquement les images infecté dans le mail.
