Operations on search result
Should exist. The same ones you can do in the standard view: move, delete, select, ...
Also, allow to multi select messages for action

delete emails after filter them

There needs to be a clean-up function: Search all emails from a specific contact, select all, delete.
It is really annoying to not be able to multiselect emails when you filter the view. It makes it difficult to clean up your mailbox using the Outlook app when you have to delete each item one at a time. I usually give up and go to the web interface for accounts that have one.

Now you need to open each email and delete or move to folder, or report them as phishing. Very annoying that you can't do this with all the found items after searching on a specific topic/ email address. Can't do much with found emails in the search option. Please make the same options available for these emails as in the regular inbox.

Enable selecting mails that you search for. For instance if one needs to delete multiple mails from one sender or titel or with something specific. But when you search for something you cannot select/mark the mails.

I want to clean up my mailbox, I do a search on a certain name;contact or subject, I see the items (search results), but I can't select them. Stupid improvement of your app.

I should be able to delete unwanted emails from a search.

deleting within a search is very much needed. If necessary allow the user to discontinue the search and then select the items displayed at that point. there has to be a way for user to say enough is enough, now let me delete or whatever it is I want to do with selected emails identified by the search.

Search results should allow selection and delete! What good is finding an email if you can't do anything about it? The search function is ridiculously slow, and then you need to open each one individually to delete it? How stupid is that?

When you go to search your inbox, unwanted recommendations appear such as contacts. There should be an option to clear this search. This happens even when the contact has been blocked or reported as phishing they still appear in recommended searching.

Multiselect after search for mass delete/archive/move

from the set of search results, it would be nice to be able to Select All and Delete/Move the lot.

The app needs all operations to be applicable to many emails at once (batch action). Currently when searching for an email, you cannot mark them, you can only open them and click delete, instead of marking some/all and delete those with one click.

searching for anything like email address or content etc brings up an email list. if the list had the ability to select all or individual emails then it would be easier to delete unwanted emails within the Outlook App.

currently if I search for a term then I see all of the search results and have to enter each separate email to delete them. I want to be able to select multiple emails that meet the same search criteria and delete them all together.

When I group emails by sender I cannot then put them in a folder

Just the same function behavior like in the mail tab. Delete the mails without opening them one by one

When I find an email I want to delete, I would like to be able to use the search function to find more of the same (whether by subject or name of sender), and be able to delete them from that list. Instead, I have to go back to the whole list, all emails together, and scroll through all to find and delete them.
If you open a mailbox, and do a search for a specific sender, and it generates a list view of all messages in the search. There are no tools to delete or move from the search results. You can only open each message individually. There should be a SELECT ALL as well as a select one function from that screen.
