Many important mail came automatic in the junk mailbox. please make an switch to turn OFF the automatic junk mailbox. I want all my mail in the inbox and can make the decision by myself what is spam. Please stop to do this automaticly!

All my emails are going to Junk. Instead of sending Items to Junk. Im importing my mails from Junk. If I use option not Junk keep it that way next time. I check my Junk folder more than my inbox very frustrating.

It's only the very most important uni emails that Outlook puts in trash, trashing my GPA, thanks!
Most emails are fine but so much advertising babble gets through, never gets junk labled. More control over this or a decent algorithm.

All the notifications that I should get my covid-19 vaccine as well as all the confirmations for my appointments were sent to junk mail, despite the fact that they are professional looking emails from trusted organizations. Meanwhile, I'm getting newsletters from companies I never signed up for in my inbox.

Same! Important, time sensitive emails that I am expecting are routed straight to "deleted" or "junk" (from different senders, not just one, and sometimes new senders, sometimes I have gotten mail from them before. it does not matter if I mark them S afte, and if it's a new sender this is not an option). I have never encountered mail from these senders before, nor did I delete them! I have had serious repercussions because of time sensitive, job related emails have been directly routed to these folders. Started the process of transferring my email service to gmail...I have had enough!
