make it so the settings button is not blocked by a "cannot login" notification. left my job, can't login to my email or delete this inbox
after leaving my job, I no longer have access to my company mailbox. but Outlook continues to try to log in. the notification saying that I need to re-sign into my now invalid account is blocking the settings tab where I would go to delete the association to the company mailbox. please help as the notification perpetually blocks my calendar icon

My school deleted my old school email, and the message box telling me to login covered the settings cog, so I couldn't easily remove the account from the app.
a business account was removed from outlook by the administrator. the user couldn't remove the account because the notification to sign in was blocking the options button. since the user couldn't sign in, the notification continuously blocks the options button preventing account removal.

notice about an account covers reply, settings, etc. moronic. never cover icons.
the location of said bar at the lower part of the screen blocks importaint buttons. removing the account causing the loginrequest is thus impossible... deadlock

I needed to remove a work account that was deactivated before I could. The sign-in notification in the Outlook mobile app BLOCKS me from getting into the app settings to remove the account. Please move either the settings button, the sign-in notification, or make it possible to temporarily dismiss the notification.

When I no longer have access to an account, I get a notification to sign in, which does not appear to be dismissible. This notification covers the settings button, so the only way to delete the account is to reopen the app and hit the settings button in the split second before the notification appears.

i have a dev email and don't want to enter the password all the time on my phone. But i can't tap the search button at the bottom because it's covered by the banner

i have this to. never linked the second account to outlook, never asked outlook to use this phone mail account. only way to disable this blocking popup is to delete the account settings from the phone!

So annoying, allow the dismissal of the sign in banner. I had to get around it by using my screen rotation to reset it and quickly click settings before it popped up again.

When an account's password has expired you guys put up a message on a black bar at the bottom telling us that the account needs to be Signed In. However if i can't do that right now you have covered up, with that message, any and all means of me navigating through my other accounts!!! if that message came up while i was in calendar then I'm stuck looking at my calendar until an email notification comes in and i can click that from the Android notification bar. You've left your app locked and need Android to navigate it for you?!

The "please login to account..." notification covers the settings icon so I am unable to access settings. There is no way to dismiss the notification as I am do not have that work account anymore. I want to delete the account from the app but the box blocks the path. Please move or allow dismissal of the notification.

Mailbox has been deleted, Outlook app is this prompting to enter credentials but this isn't possible as the mailbox has been deleted. Credential prompt is hiding the settings gear icon, so cannot go into outlook settings to remove the mailbox.

I can't search emails because of a stupidly repetitive notification to login to one of my accounts. I don't mind deleting the account from Outlook since I rarely use that account, but I can't even access the settings button to do so. Either give me a "dismiss" option (NOT "login"- that doesn't work for this account) or move the notice so it doesn't block buttons.

One of my outlook accounts has been expired and I need to remove it from my outlook app, as it got logged out automatically. now the app shows a snackbar saying 'please sign in to your account' which overlaps the settings icon. There's no way to access settings and remove the account or make any other change, thus resulting in a deadlock. this is a bad UX and should be fixed.

Popup Sign in message blocks settings icon

Whenever Outlook asked you to re-sign in into an account a black opaque box will appear at the bottom of the app or the phones' screen. This blocks me from accessing to the settings tab. It is preferably better if the black box would be less visible to the screen and not block the settings tab. Thank you.

when one account needs the password entered, you cannot access the bottom menu (calendar, contacts) for the accounts that do not require password. the message to enter the password covers the bottom menu and cannot be minimized

when sign in details change for an account you get prompted to sign in again. what if I don't want to? I can't fully use my other account because there's a banner in the way and it doesn't go away. it covers exactly the area at the bottom where you can look at your calendar.

The notification to sign into an email should have an option to close it in order to use the email functions it is blocking on other email accounts.
