Easy. There's no easily seen symbol for an addresses book. It should stand out on the opening page of Outlook.

If I type my contact list while sending mails it is not filling automatically from. the address books

User should be able to select an address or group from the phone's address book. This is especially important for new email addresses that haven't yet been synced to outlook.
