When I forward an email, why the cursor now automatically jump to the message body instead of the TO field??? This is really dumb.
Previously, when trying to forward a message, the cursor landed in the TO field, which makes perfect sense. Now, it lands on the message body field, which is often not necessary. You then have to move the cursor back up to the TO field. This is extremely counterintuitive!

Why is this forum available when it's not even being monitored? No answer has ever been given, not even "We're sorry but we can't fix this." And I know some moderator has to approve this comment. Whoever you are, can you explain why no one has responded?

When drafting an email, the cursor should default to the "to" line, not the body text section. This was never solved. This exact question was marked "Completed" previously but there was no resolution and 46 people continued to comment. Please provide an answer that doesn't involve contacting you through the help section.

Amen. By far the most annoying glitch, it wastes a lot of time as I always forget about it and start typing the email... before realising I am actually typing the longest email address in the world 😒
