Email Preview Settings
Why do users not have any settings we can manage around email previews within the app?
Outlook forces the side pane preview, which I personally don't like.
Even if for UX reasons you think this choice is the better one in this environment, that doesn't mean you should find user choice.
You don't even allow users to turn it off?
Please develop the horizontal preview or at the very least an option to toggle it _ thanks!!

I agree - user control over the layout is very important. With all the preview lines it leaks information which is a security risk but more annoyingly I could see 20-30 emails set at one line each but only get about 8 emails at 4 lines each.
I look forward to going to work in the NHS where they are still running 10 year old versions of Outlook and the layout could be personalised which makes for a much better overall experience.

When you get a new email message it must be shown on your cellphone screen at the top, just like the case when you receive whatsapp text messages or ordinary sms

The forced preview option makes the app irritating to use. Obviously developed by someone that has no idea what users want.

this new "feature" is beyond infuriating. I would love to know who the moron was that came up with this idea and decided to force it down the throats of every user. that person deserves to be beaten with a baseball bat.

Whoever thought this reading pane on a tablet is a good idea is completely bonkers. Half the screen is taken up by this stupid idea and no way to turn it off.

I still dont see any improvements on sender mail scams. If apple mails me then i need to make sure its apple before opening the mail. now i only see a name/topic of sender. i want to see the mail before opening.

can't read or edit emails in Windows outlook except in full screen mode because of huge ads covering the email

I hate not being able to open my email full screen when I want to read it. now it is so tiny in the 3rd column!! what was wrong with the format we had. I am constantly forced to upgrade or I can't access my own email. tyranny! I hate the new Google format I was forced into as well. why should I be forced out of what works for me on my tablet. I don't share my tablet with you-so it shouldn't concern you if I don't want to upgrade. your just being a dictator again! I am an individual and I would like my preferences to be also.

outlook on phones are suppose to help finding emails quickly on the way, but using this app to find an email is way more troublesome then using a laptop, not user friendly at all.
