Gmail labels are great but outlook folders just don't do it.
I need to apply multiple labels to an email but outlook will only let me put an email in one folder. So I just leave everything in my inbox - which is dreadful. -

I got exactly 2 spam emails from gmail this year because I remembered how bizarre it was to get spam on gmail. hotmail is like "2 pieces of spam? Must be around 5am."

This is the most urgent thing to do! G-mail is user friendly, easy to understand and use.
