I want this not just for holidays but for specific hours as well. Let's say I have a help desk email, I don't want to get notified for that after hours but I still need to be notified if admin email me directly at my account that is also in Outlook.

Outlook will continuously grow storage space and fill up my android device. If we could set the sync window to 1week or 2weeks for example that would assist greatly. If a search is done, this could get mail from online to display.

Installed it an hour ago on my OnePlus 'cause I don't want to use Google products... I'm going to unintall it right now.
Microsoft gotta be kidding us, it's not possible not to allow manual syncing... !When I'm at work, I don't see the point to receive 100+ emails a day, which will drain my battery, too.
They should take Samsung Email app as an example. The best I ever tried.

Provide an option to set a sync time so that OL can turn on/off sync based on users preferences/rules similar to Samsung email.

Sync period time should be at a choice of user not limited to 30 days only.

i agree, even a manual (saves battery as well) option would be even better for me. You had this in Windows phone. Thank you.

We need a setup to define when to get push emails and when to download manually. Push drains battery, data use is higher etc ...

disable synchronization for each account or set the dates/times when accounts should not synchronize.

Yes, including setting times for synchronization, e.g. 8-18h. In a prior app this was possible.

This would be easy to do. Just add synch header and let us choose how often the e- mails should be synchronized.

-2 hour
- ....
- synch MANUALLY (end user decision)
