Unread emails don't stand out in dark mode.
I tried out dark mode for the first time today and had trouble telling which emails were unread. Bolded white text does not stand out as much as bolded black text.

Upcoming dates in the calendar aren't as visible.
The dark grey radio knob underneath a date is just not visible enough.
Make it white,
because right now it is very difficult to see if there is an entry or not. -

1. Need to be easier to see the difference between unread and read mails.
2. Change flags for more visible icons. -

maybe increase the bold weight of the font or have an unread icon? currently very hard to tell what's read and unread

take a few cues from Gmail. I dislike so much about Outlook, which I am forced to use at work.

HTML yellow highlights do not appear when using Dark Mode. Please add this capability.

I agree! I have very light sensitive eyes and use dark mode for everything but I had to switch to default mode in Outlook so I can see which emails are unread....very frustrating!

Absolutely agree! I have the Note 9 and I have difficulty seeing the contrast some times (with 20/20 vision). It would be fantastic to have some options towards contrast in so the user can determine how much to add without burning their eyes! It would also be nice to have some options towards the text color (perhaps non-white colors will show more contrast without hurting your eyes as much).

I agree. the unread emails do not stand out. I recommend changing the unread emails color into bold blue rather than white. once read it turns into white.

Unread messages gets totally unnoticeable in dark mode. So please add colored fonts for unread messages.

Microsoft misses the mark every time. Such a simple request to be able to read emails and see at a glance the unread ones.

Make all Highlighting visible when reading Email in Dark Mode. Currently, out of 15 highlighting colors, only Green, Red and Dark Yellow are visible when reading emails in Dark Mode.
Please tweak the highlighting so that it is visible in Dark Mode, as much as in Light Mode. Probably you would simply chose a coordinate the shade of highlighting with the whether the viewer is or is not using Dark Mode.
Also remember that senders have no idea which mode viewers are using when they send email. It is up to the receiving app to choose shades of the specified colors that are readable.
