The website allows me to create contact lists so that when I send an email to a group of people regularly (for work) I just type in the list name vs 20+ different contacts. I love this feature however it's not available on the app which is how I use outlook. I've seen online posts for hundreds of people that want the same feature added. At the very least, it would be nice if I could see my contact list that I created on the web through my app however this isn't possible either.

Address or cotact lists should be viewable per account, and viewable like in the desktop version. I also dont like how the contacts are listed. when saved as last name first, the system still looks and lists it by first name first!

Outlook desktop is useful for three things - email, calendar, contacts. How could you not have the contacts in the mobile version!?!?

What happened to my Contacts?
Why Do I have to search for any of existing contacts?
Why cant I see my notes when search/selecting a contact?
Why am I seeing emails and contacts when searching?
Shouldn't I be able to filter, so I'm only finding contacts?Currently I'm having to use a third party contact list, that Used to remain synchronized with outlook contacts. needless to say, that list has been out of sync for a couple of years now. But at least I can see the Notes portion of my contacts.
Your "search" function sux balls!

Outlook for Android, as found on a Communications device (Phone) and Outlook does not facilitate calling or texting or synching NEW contacts from the Phone's functions.
This is a new problem as my Windows Phone synced, and even my Note5 synced, so I am confused why the Note20 does not and that MicroSoft does not understand the simplicity and importance of user's desire to have an integrated sync with their phone to the contact list on their Outlook account.
This makes me believe that goal of Microsoft is to encourage users to run-away and into the arms of Google.Outlook For Android should facilitate the syncing of Contacts to and from the phone.

And keep it perfectly in sync with the phone address book. I want to see who is calling. I want my company phone to feel like it's not a patchwork of apps not using the same API:s. work with Google & Samsung to make Outlook on a Samsung feel as smooth as an Apple product.

It is very difficult to find a contact. A simple alphabetical option would do.

outlook contacts as a separate list on Phone, synchronisation with my Phone contacts is not desired.

It is important, that all the contact from the PC version also is displayed in the cell phone version.

this is a critical function, esp. during blackouts and we cannot access address book where vital contact info is stored. tks
