separate flag folder or filter to search flagged emails in all accounts
Don't want my flagged emails moved to another folder, just want to see those that are flagged at a glance.

I want to be able to view at a glance the emails that are flagged without opening.

A separate folder for all the flagged emails would be great, this is because I dont have to scroll all the down to find my important emais.

Have a folder for all flagged items
I just moved over from Gmail and though I like Outlook it's missing one very important feature: the ability to move flagged messages into a folder. I regularly flag messages (starred in Gmail) which in Gmail puts them into a flagged folder. Then throughout the day I flip to that folder and reply to messages. Outlook on the other hand puts flagged messages at the top of the inbox which works for some people but I find it totally clutters my inbox and annoys me because whenever a new message comes in I have to scroll past all my flagged messages. I tried creating a rule to move flagged messages to a flagged folder I created but it doesn't work because I get the error: We can't remove "older than x days" - it's required for rules that include the conditions folder, flagged, read or replied. Why would that be? Remove that limitation and this problem is solved (for those who know about creating rules)
I see no option to view a list of flagged messages.
