it is not done, I cannot store data on the SD card
highly concur that this request is absolutely needed and the admin comment and marking complete is incorrect. I have multiple mail accounts on phone and tablet devices that consume some 12gb of main memory. need all of Outlook, app, data, etc. stored on the SD card. this need applies to the entire Office suite.
I concur with the user sentiments. I have a lot of email with attachments that is using far more space than desired on the device. I have an SD card with 256 GB of space. I want to benefit from all that space and save there. also previous versions of this app allow me to decide what folders would be saved to device. that functionality was removed. this would also reduce the impact on space on portable devices.

this is NOT a completed or an acceptable answer. read the request again
please add ability to store all mail on sd card.
Saving images is not enough. Outlook is using almost 5gb of my phone's system memory. I have to do cleanup of system every week because it keeps running out of space and I can't move outlook off of the system onto sd card to save space.
