Allow us to sync other contacts folders and sub-folders from Outlook/Exchange, not just the default folder named "Contacts"
I use Outlook on PCs with my data stored on Exchange as part of Office 365 Business Premium. In Outlook on my PCs, I have multiple contact folders such as Vendors, Customers, Friends, Family, etc. I have hundreds and thousands of contacts in each of those folders, so I like to keep those contacts separated into different folders to make them more manageable. Outlook on Android only syncs contacts with the default Outlook folder called “Contacts.” However, that is only a small percentage of all of my contacts in Exchange. I need my Android device to sync with all of my other contacts folders too. How can I do that? Please allow me to select the contact folders that I want my Android device to sync with. Please do not limit me to only sync with the default contacts folder called “Contacts.”

Absolutely necessary, it caused a lot of misunderstandings in our company and is perceived as a bug.

This is a real shortcoming in your Outlook on Android app. Given the number of Android phones and people using Outlook - this seems to be an opportunity to please a lot of customers using your products. Please make this happen soon!

All my contact groups in Google Contacts (which is free) sync flawlessly
But Microsoft Outlook, which is a subscription based service, doesn't even have this basic feature
