Enable Exchange contacts search from the native Android Contacts app
It is currently not possible to search for Microsoft AD or Exchange contacts from the native Android Contacts app. You can currently only search from within the Outlook app.

you need to make this at least partly like outlook for windows.

Was really surprised this is not already a feature when Contact Sync is enabled!
