Don't hide the REAL email address of the sender. Outlook only shows a coloured circle with a letter, dangerous spams are hidden this way.
Dangerous spams use a false but trusted looking address as name. The real address that actually shows its a spam is hidden behind a useless coloured circle in outlook.

suggest, ALL ligitamate senders LEARN to NEVER 'include / place' links in emails that we are told NOT to click on links in unsolicited emails.

I can read sender names just fine. I don't need the colored badges, which make subjects impossible to read on my phone, and clutter the reading experience even on my pc.
