a contact added to outlook.com appears in the Samsung android contacts app but not the other way round. Also an edit on outlook.com does NOT get synced with android. Sort please.

address book is a mess today. please help sort it out. very poor end use experience for an integrated address book at the phone level.
Please create a sync setting that forces Contacts/People to only sync one-way. In other words, I only want data to push from the server to my Android device, and not vice-versa. If I create a brand new Contact on my Android device, then that can sync to the cloud, but lock existing Contacts on my Android device so that I can't edit them.

Add access to contact list groups created in Outlook 2019 and Outlook.com to the Outlook for Android App.

I would like for the contacts in my Android contacts list to be exactly the same as my contacts listed in Outlook Mobile/Outlook 365 Home. I would like to be able to add a contact to any contacts list and have it automatically show up in all other contacts lists. Changes to one contact in one contacts list also automatically sync with all other contacts lists. Outlook Mobile and Outlook 365 Home seem to sync with each other. I want them to also sync with the contacts listed in my Android phone's contacts list. Complete, full, two-way synchronization.
