Improve conversation view
It will be much more convenient and easier if the last thread/email is displayed first and only then will the option to see a conversation.
In conversation view- please add an option to change the sort view in conversation.
it should be more intuitive that the emails will sort from last to old (up to down).
thank you

Outlook app is the only one that works on my work phone, but the group conversations is driving me crazy. Why have you made it so hard to scroll through all the responses, easily see each one, collapse and expand individual emails. Open a Gmail account and see how it's done right. It is a fantastic feature when done right. But with this app, I find myself waiting to log onto my laptop so I can properly go through the email chain.

on the computer we are able to collapse and expand email conversation chains which becomes easier when there is a long email chain conversation it's a very useful feature on PC and it'll help to have the same on Outlook for Android

if I search for an email, I end up with the correct conversation but no way to click on the specific email in the conversation, making the search function useless.

Long conversations are hard to read. Especially because texts already read are not automatically hidden.

don't bunch up emails in one jumbled mess. separate them. Do not put in one connected chain. very confusing

Contacts pictures usually don't appear for contacts, and the keyboard can take up to a minute to appear when trying to search for a contact. Alphabetical jump list letters disappear as you scroll. Contact pictures don't sync with Android Contacts app.

send an email to multiple people bcc
receive a response from a person and have an email chain
the receive another response from a different person and it gets injected into that previous conversation. -

having an option to view sent and inbox together is the actual request that you didn't get. go look at the competition, specifically HTC mail on Android. This view is very helpful when traveling so you can make sure that your items were sent without having to constantly flip between inbox and sent folders.

I receive an email. I forward it to someone else to comment on. On my phone I'm then unable to reply directly to the original message as it only allows you to take action from the last message. I then have to log on to my laptop version hours/days later to do something that should take seconds. it's an infuriating gesture and a waste of time! I love the ability to show conversations on the PC version - this groups, rather than merges emails so avoids the mobile app issue.

I find it difficult to manage and delete portions of conversations in Outlook mobile.

Please move contact access to the first page of the app. Please add a jump to feature like windows phone, so you can get to a letter without all of the scrolling.

I often read a message and set it back to unread to take action later. If the message is part of a conversation, the whole conversation is set to unread which is annoying when I get back to the desktop client. This could be an action on the message itself or a default setting in the application (ex: only set current message unread).

when you get 1 or 2 emails from the same chain, it opens the entire chain of emails and it's not clear which of them are new/unread.
would be good to implement the "conversation mode" the same way as in desktop. -

Yes please. Gmail does this better.

The contact screen shows a section labeled "conversations". When all a user wants is to find the contact address or alternate phone number, which are located in the "details" section further below, the user has to scroll down. Annoying. The conversations section could be made as a collapsible section (show/hide).
