Improve conversation view
It will be much more convenient and easier if the last thread/email is displayed first and only then will the option to see a conversation.
In conversation view- please add an option to change the sort view in conversation.
it should be more intuitive that the emails will sort from last to old (up to down).

When there are multiple people in an email and multiple people respond it shows up as a single email. It is very difficult to follow and hard or not possible to reply to a specific persons response if they are not the last responder. It is also difficult to select who to respond to. I'm sure it is like this for server/speed & visual clarity when viewing the inbox maybe? Either way it is not in anyway helpful (maybe a few people like it?) and there should be at least an option to turn it off and have the responders emails show up as regular individual emails as it is in Windows outlook.

The conversation feature is so vague plus i want to tagged specific messages to a particular folder without removing it in the inbox.

when scrolling through an email conversation, hide the quoted text that starts each line with a "<". otherwise, it's impossible to read because each email contains the entire thread history

It is impossible to view proper email while ijb the thread view. Scrolling through emails does not bring any sense and always makes me at least loose track of the original email.

When the replied email content embeds previous email content, these contents will be shown duplicatedly, and difficult to read. Moreover the whole content is not shown with one timeline order any more, always confused which reply is first.

in Long conversations, quoted text doesn't get hidden. this makes scrolling through a long conversation almost impossible, as I read the same old comments several times

the software doesn't hide quoted text... why not? now when scrolling down through the responses in a conversation, I have to read the same wired text several times to get to the actual message

Right now if the conversation is long, I roll up to 7-8 message ahead then it automatically kicks me back. If I have a long conversation I couldn't check the older messages in this conversation which is ridiculous

new reply emails show up buried in a thread of the original email and are easily overlooked. they do not show up as of new email as unread on their own. This causes me many problems. Also the distribution list functions require emails be added one at a time that is extremely time-consuming it needs to have a cut and paste functionality for multiple emails

Any emails are answered two times for different reasons so email should be shown in order not all included as if someone wants to reply any particular emails in between so it shouldn't be difficult
