Improve conversation view
It will be much more convenient and easier if the last thread/email is displayed first and only then will the option to see a conversation.
In conversation view- please add an option to change the sort view in conversation.
it should be more intuitive that the emails will sort from last to old (up to down).

it is tough to identify who is responding to who, which ones you have read, and if you have responded when a thread splits. Even if we could split threads manually that would be helpful.

Email conversations/threads with subject "X" appears in a new email with some other subject "Y".
There is the other issue of no way to expand and view one full email along with its previous replies/content, hence making it even more problematic. -

increase the sync speed so as I send a reply it appears in the tread. also make the last entry in the thread highlighted to make it easier to see. I find it hard to track the progress of a thread sometimes with this app.

The way the conversation view works in this app is terrible. I go through over 100 emails a day in the Outlook desktop client using conversation view. The Android app conversation confuses me every time, is unintuitive and makes me waste time. Please fix.

When view is showed as conversation, it also shows no read emails number. It would be more practical if that number were number of pending conversations.

When selecting the mark as unread option in the last message of a conversation, it marks all messages in the conversation as unread.

when opening a response in a thread, it is very difficult to open the previews. sometimes the app shuts down.

outlook used to highlight all emails on the same subject when you clicked/were on it. this meant you could understand the scale of involvement from others at a glance without having to group by conversation, which is not the same thing.

The implementation of the conversation view on the Windows desktop app, which was the same as on Windows Phone, was brilliant.
On Android, however, it's a nightmare very few end up finding useful (almost everyone in my family/friends ended up turning the feature off because they can never find what they are looking for).
