Improve conversation view
It will be much more convenient and easier if the last thread/email is displayed first and only then will the option to see a conversation.
In conversation view- please add an option to change the sort view in conversation.
it should be more intuitive that the emails will sort from last to old (up to down).
thank you

When reading emails most recent is at the top. When replying the app puts the reply thread at the bottom/oldest.
It means if you have had 100 emails you will have to scroll up through every one to get to the newest so you can see what your replying to. This should be around the other way. -

my #1 issue with the android client...why conversation message order is different than Windows or web is beyond me! As we learned making office apps a suite....same every app. no exceptions

Please also look at how the conversations messages / emails are handled. Just reading through one now and each reply to the email subject has the entire thread underneath (?) meaning the whole conversation is repeated before you get to the new reply.
Makes the view unreadable.
Look at how BlackBerry Hub Inbox app utilises this feature, though is was just a standard but its leading the way.
want to use Outlook as it some other nice features but this is a let down.
Please fix.

Why is this the opposite in mobile app to the desktop app?
Conversation grouping is also inconsistent, doesn't show all messages / rrplies in order at times.
Feature needs a full overhaul to be useful, just look at the desktop app, it handles this very well!

when there is an email with many responds, outlook on my samsung note 8 showed a mixed email between different emails not the same email. this only happens with chain emails on my phone but not only desktop

1. When you exchange tens of messages each day, it is impossible to go back and search for all the messages in the thread. it is much more efficient to see them listed so you can select
2. You need to add full keyboard features for email like, bold underline, font color, font size, and most importantly, bullets and numbering.
3. We love Nokia and want it to succeed. I wish a technical expert takes a look at Windows Phone Outlook and see how brilliant it functions. I preferred it over the laptop.

email chain layout is extremely confusing. even reply all and reply button are confusing. please take some professional help in designing your UI. it is horrible. I miss using Apple.

Add controls to collapse & expand the individual messages in a conversation, and to jump to the next/previous message in a conversation.

conversations are very complicated to read as they're not in correct chronological order.

When I open a long mail (like these thread replied by a lot of people), I have difficulties to found the last reply. Outlook read pane should be more clear and a button should be available to browse directly to the text of last sender.

when following long string emails, it's incredibly difficult to collapse the email and move to the next email sent. Right now, I have to scroll through pages and pages of irrelevant email. I like the way Gmail handles this a bit more.
