Improve conversation view
It will be much more convenient and easier if the last thread/email is displayed first and only then will the option to see a conversation.
In conversation view- please add an option to change the sort view in conversation.
it should be more intuitive that the emails will sort from last to old (up to down).

instead make a chain email tree where you can click different branches and see past emails in that branch with options of seeing different retorts from various people.
former emails in a conversation are not shown completely. It makes it hard to understand what they react to if you cannot read all of the initial email.

emails conversation order
super hard to read emails in a chain of multiple back and forth interactions. also I tried to pull an attachment off an old email and it wasn't there because I had responded to the email. putlook is cool but gmail has the best user interface

I asked for a way to unchain emails is you only wanted to save one email or trash one email. Clearly the MS Outlook techs did not understand and posted Reply "Go to Outlook app settings, and switch off THREAD Emails." I've done that, switching off THREAD in Settings yet I still have no way to unchain New Reply emails that I can see. Maybe the THREAD off switch is broken?
PLEASE do not post my full name!!

On outlook.com I use conversation view. My preference is 'newest on top'. The android app should respect the settings on outlook.com (or it should at least allow me to manually set the same preference). It's very jarring when moving from the Desktop to mobile. When on the Desktop the latest response is at the top (and thread history below) to have the android app open to most recent response (which is at the bottom) and then have to scroll up to see the conversation history. Inconsistencies like this detract from much outlook has improved.
I am using conversation view and it is very helpful. But I can't archive individual email from the conversation view. Only all conversation thread can be archived from the main Inbox list. Please add feature within the conversation thread to archive individual email.

When there is an email chain at same subject, Add The ability to delete several emails from the conversation at one time by highlidlght them inside conversation not only one email as the current situation because in the current situation you have delete one email from the chain and the outlook will automatically upload the chain again then you have to enter the conversation again and delete another one email from the chain and so on.
Once I select a bunch of threads / messages, I want to be able to execute several different actions on them one after another, e.g., mark for follow-up, mark as unread, print, and move to, say, the TeamPanther folder.

opening emails at outlook get get mixed up with emails from other person. really anoying
When reading emails most recent is at the top. When replying the app puts the reply thread at the bottom/oldest.
It means if you have had 100 emails you will have to scroll up through every one to get to the newest so you can see what your replying to. This should be around the other way.

my #1 issue with the android client...why conversation message order is different than Windows or web is beyond me! As we learned making office apps a suite....same every app. no exceptions
Please also look at how the conversations messages / emails are handled. Just reading through one now and each reply to the email subject has the entire thread underneath (?) meaning the whole conversation is repeated before you get to the new reply.
Makes the view unreadable.
Look at how BlackBerry Hub Inbox app utilises this feature, though is was just a standard but its leading the way.
want to use Outlook as it some other nice features but this is a let down.
Why is this the opposite in mobile app to the desktop app?
Conversation grouping is also inconsistent, doesn't show all messages / rrplies in order at times.
Feature needs a full overhaul to be useful, just look at the desktop app, it handles this very well!

just look at the iPhone's e-mail app what is missing in outlook app's conversation mode
