Improve conversation view
It will be much more convenient and easier if the last thread/email is displayed first and only then will the option to see a conversation.
In conversation view- please add an option to change the sort view in conversation.
it should be more intuitive that the emails will sort from last to old (up to down).

improve the conversation view is so confusing especially when there is more than one new reply, I cant differentiate who sent what when
all described above but in threading should be better separated e-mails and cutting previous in mail communication.

messages within a thread jump around when trying to scroll down to most recent message. keeps jumping up. also can't open attachment sent in most recent email without scrolling all the way to the bottom, then it jumps around and back up to top on me.

Conversation view does not offer clear picture of 'who says what' in the view currently being offered. It can be improvised so as to show like a chat box window showing each message, if not entire body of mail, a part of it can be shown and balance be hidden, but this way mail becomes easier to locate and act upon it.

it would be great to have button In quick access menu which allows me to switch between the conversational view of emails where are the emails belonging to one conversation connected in one Thread and the classic you were each individually Mail independently of the conversation it belongs to is shown according to the time arrived

instead make a chain email tree where you can click different branches and see past emails in that branch with options of seeing different retorts from various people.
former emails in a conversation are not shown completely. It makes it hard to understand what they react to if you cannot read all of the initial email.

emails conversation order
super hard to read emails in a chain of multiple back and forth interactions. also I tried to pull an attachment off an old email and it wasn't there because I had responded to the email. putlook is cool but gmail has the best user interface

I asked for a way to unchain emails is you only wanted to save one email or trash one email. Clearly the MS Outlook techs did not understand and posted Reply "Go to Outlook app settings, and switch off THREAD Emails." I've done that, switching off THREAD in Settings yet I still have no way to unchain New Reply emails that I can see. Maybe the THREAD off switch is broken?
PLEASE do not post my full name!!

On outlook.com I use conversation view. My preference is 'newest on top'. The android app should respect the settings on outlook.com (or it should at least allow me to manually set the same preference). It's very jarring when moving from the Desktop to mobile. When on the Desktop the latest response is at the top (and thread history below) to have the android app open to most recent response (which is at the bottom) and then have to scroll up to see the conversation history. Inconsistencies like this detract from much outlook has improved.
I am using conversation view and it is very helpful. But I can't archive individual email from the conversation view. Only all conversation thread can be archived from the main Inbox list. Please add feature within the conversation thread to archive individual email.
