The only reason why I still use Nine App instead Outlook for my Microsoft 365 account : no HTML signature. I use the app mail for business. Need more than only 1 plain text line !!

HTML signatures to allow font formatting and images is standard in almost all email programs. How can MS, the decades long leader of business professional software, not include this in their app??

1)Be able to add my specially designed graphic email signatures to various email accounts.
2)Be able to add links to said email signatures. So I can add a link to my website, a link to a lead page or article, a link to make a call to me from my signature. -

Would be a very welcome addition to get a uniform experience between desktop and mobile for sending emails

HTML Signatures with ability to add embedded links and logos. Ideally, an option to copy or have access to use desktop Signatures onto mobile platform would be amazing. You can create multiple signature options on desktop client...is there a way to access that list from mobile app and just use on of those selected?

As more and more of our staff are using their phones for their primary communication tool we're finding it a barrier that they are unable to at least share signatures between their Outlook Desktop App and their mobile devices. If there was an ability to take the signature on the Desktop app and replicate it on mobile that would allow us to be more professional.

I need to have my HTML signature on the app. Text based signatures are unprofessional

I want to be able to give format to my saved signature. For instance, put my name in bold, the job title in a smaller font size, contact details in italics, add a business logo, etc.

Very desired feature, to have a uniform experience between desktop and mobile client!
There might be some workarounds but they are not feasible by the average user. -
