Enable saving of EMBEDDED images directly to my phone's default image storage location. Embedded images are NOT attached images.
The embedded images in an email (NOT ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL, BUT IN THE BODY OF THE TEXT) are unable to be saved to my phone's gallery.

Unbelievable that microsoft removed this basic feature that used to exist in 2007 !
Please fix or explain why not, this is ridiculous
I'm so glad to see that many other people agree that embedded photographs is an awful format to exchange images. This is recent and sharing photographs never used to be so damned hard. GO BACK TO ATTACHMENTS.

Microsoft: where brilliant geniuses spend all day imagining the easiest way for their users to do things... and then give them exactly the opposite.
Il serait plus qu'intéressant de pouvoir mettre une image en pièce jointe d'un mail dans Outlook mobile et non pas systématiquement dans le corps du mail.

Not helpful. Should be a choice not a prescriptive only option. Patronising and no consideration for users. I'm guessing no users were consulted. As a long term user I am very disappointed with this god like decision making.
I wish I could back-charge MS for the multiple hours wasted extracting photos from an email when it should be as simple as dragging the attached files onto my desktop.
This MUST be fixed.

why is this still an issue? why is this so hard to just make it a @#%$%# attachment? Literally every other mail app can handle this. I'm left looking like an idiot to the rest of my company because of this stupid bs. UNBELIEVABLE

Bump... Please allow image files to be sent as attachments.

I am usually impressed with Microsoft but this was a wildly bad choice on your end. who do you think you are, Sony?
This is causing issues within our organisation. Please create a way to attach images as actual attachments. Why is this not an option in the Android version when it can be done on other platforms?
Inline attachments is wrong, the complaints have been going on for 3 years and I've waited long enough; it's back to Gmail for me.

gewoon zoals het voorheen ook was. jullie maken het steeds ingewikkelder. dat is echt niet nodig.

Pl fix this issue..
Please fix this.. the people in my company all complain about this.
Sometimes they want to send 3-5 photo's and they have to make 3 different e-mails...

I suggested this in July. they now show as attachment in mine
God, this sucks.
Better allow adding pictures as attachments instead of inline images
Yes I agree. The competition allows saving embedded images. Yes I vote for this.

I vote to have embedded images which is absolutely necessary. Unbelievable that it is not currently set up that way. Please fix immediately. Thank you.
