Outlook for Android

Turn off focused setting option as default. I have missed time sensitive emails. Or get rid of it why do I need 2 inboxes.

I should be able to see all my emails easily and clearly before having to change settings in the app.
Having 2 inboxes(focused and other) by default just makes checking my mail more convoluted.
This filter filtered out a pickup delivery notification for an item for which my pickup time had expired the time I had seen it, it has wasted my time and a delivery drivers time, for something that is an unnecessary feature and I'm amazed you need a feedback form to tell you it's unnecessary.
You already have a junk filter, let me see all of my subscribed mail chats and I can decide if it is important or 'other' by setting folder rules if i think it is neccesary.

Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.

It is currently already possible to turn on/off the Focused Inbox, to do so go to settings then tap the toggle switch to turn on/off the Focused Inbox option.

Having trouble finding the feature? Let us know through the Help section of the app. You may reach them by going to the app’s Setting > Help and Feedback > Contact Support.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

All the best,

The Outlook Mobile Team

PS: Please use the Help Section of the app for any questions, we are not able to see replies to this address.
