Please add better fraud detection for scam emails posing as legitimate companies. Apple, PayPal, Amazon, etc... you name it.

If you want you could mark the mail as possibly malicious. I have not gotten a warning from PayPal but get weekly warnings which have a button taking you to the wrong address.

I get so much **** pretending to be from Apple claiming to close my account and I don't even use a Macbook or an iPhone. Gmail filters all of this **** straight to the garbage bin whereas Outlook I am constantly bombarded by garbage emails that are blatantly there to do one thing, phish for my information, this is 2020 not the year 2000 get with it Microsoft

Google does a much much better job at this. It is partly why I barely use Outlook anymore.

i have had threating letters I have just ignored them but they knew an old password I used to use

when you check the email address it's clearly not from the known agency with the sender impersonating these well known companies in an obvious attempt to steal s account information & money claiming your account has been suspended & needs payment/reactivation.
Today's email scam pretended to be PayPal. Within the last two weeks I've had scams claiming to be from Netflix, Sam's Club, & SCE all stating my payment hadn't gone through & I needed to resubmit my payment, or my account had suspicious activity & I need to change my password.
I've gotten into the habit of checking the email address as soon as I receive an email from a company stating anything about my account or payment.

The spam filters are clearly not working
conspiracy theorist might say that MS want us al to pay for premium enterprise edition of Office/Microsoft 365 which apparently includes smarter spam/scam detection..... BUT... doesn't make sense that MS let scams thru which are pretending to be MICROSOFT!!!! Of all the scam emails, surely Microsoft known which emails that mention MS or OFFICE are legit or not!!
