change color/image of account
make it possible to select an individual color for the accounts instead of automatically assigned color. and make it possible to have a picture instead of color+letter.

I have two accounts on my mobile outlook. They are for two different school email accounts. You've randomly assigned the colors to the icons and by chance you've managed to give the icons the opposite color! The school that happens to have purple as their color, you've made brown and vice versa. I don't see any way for me to Change the color of the icons. You should let us pick a color for the icons. To have these be reversed is very confusing! I'm constantly in the wrong account. Thank you.

Complaint:
You have everything to setup And customise Google accounts yet ALL the other accounts, except yours, are left out. Comcast in particular and I would guess all the rest not owned by Microsoft. Can't even use another account as the prime account and I have no choice about Google. This Sucks!!
You don't even have an Accounts category for ones like this. -

To be able to choose your own colour of the circle representing your email accounts. In mi case they sre brown and grey... Or at least could you provide otjer colours different than brown grey white or black?

quite simple really. add a feature in the settings menu offering a variety of main colours for each mail account, to give a quick visual indication of the account in use. the default currently is blue for all accounts. doesn't need 256 different shades, 8 or 10 would do nicely.

... And please make this color visible on the mailbox screens as well. On the top bar where the account name shows (or make the whole top bar the color chosen for the account)

When adding different email accounts, I lose the profile icon for each. It would be nice to have the profile photo along with the account icon (exchange, O365, Gmail, Yahoo...) overlayed on the profile picture.

There is lots of space below and near INBOX line, in which user can select 3-4 favorite action icons for email list screen and after opening of an email which should be customised.
