change color/image of account
make it possible to select an individual color for the accounts instead of automatically assigned color. and make it possible to have a picture instead of color+letter.

make it possible to change the color or put your own image into it. this way you can more clearly see the differends between each mail account. Only the starting letter is sometimes confusing when they start with the same letter.

I have two Gmail accounts attached to Outlook and I have trouble immediately distinguishing between the two.
I want to change the icons in the side menu to my own photos, or even just to one from a list of suggested alternatives.

when selecting account settings icons/avatar is shown on left side with a system picked colour or random image. Google account is a circle with a Google "G". Microsoft account is an automatically coloured circle with the account initials. A generic server account shows a email icon that doesn't match the circle concept. for consistency would use the same circle avatar for all accounts but also allow the background colour to be changed by user. My live account is Pink.... ok if your a female.

when you have multiple accounts, instead of showing the first letter of the account, have the option to add an image icon to better quickly identify between different accounts

the alphabet icons are terrible. these should definately be custom image enabled, its a sloppy job. they can put some of thier billions of dollars into making this work im sure. especially after screwing us over these last few years. no effort made nadella, you suck.

The current icons/images of the frequently used buttons are non-clear and non-intuitive: I always (always!) need to identify where is the "reply" button, where is the "forward" button, what is the meaning of other images on the other buttons... The images are just non-informative at all.

on the left side of the screen is circles with a letter in it. I thought it would be good to allow an icon to be chosen to replace the circle eg a personal photo, a pre-set icon from a list etc

In Outlook on Android, it would be nice if you could define the colour of the account. Also it would be good if you could customizer the text displayed in the account avatar symbol so allow me to define what I want

If you have 2 or more accounts from the same provider the app show you the same icon, it is difficult to see which account you want to check. Either the option to change the icon for each individual account, or to be able to give them a name. For example I have 2 accounts from Gmail, first one I want to rename it as Google #1 and the second one Google #2

how can i change my email/profile icons on each email? Since I updated the app now when trying to select one of my four email accounts three of them have a "J" in the circles and one has a Google logo. I would like to differentiate those icons so i know which button will take me to the right email
