Use same swipe actions in Notifications like on Windows.
I want to have the same swipe options from the notification bar that I do in the app. I set my swipe options as "swipe right to mark as read" and "swipe left to flag"... I want to see these same custom swipe actions for an email in the Android Notifications Bar.

This is direly needed. I'm actually thinking of looking for a new email client that will allow me to mark read from the notification bar. The drop down buttons in other apps are configurable from within the app and should be part of any email app.
Mobile swipe actions are present in all other folders, but were weirdly omitted for Outlook Groups.
The desktop thumbs up icon is missing in Groups on mobile.
Both desktop and mobile are missing the basic "Mark all as read" button.
All three of these things must be resolved to unify the user experience between folders and Groups, lowering our users' frustration with the weird separation of their mail using Groups.
Do not merge this idea as completed with basic swipe actions: This does not work and is not implemented on Android and iOS in the specific context of Outlook Groups.

I agree with Abderrahim, swipe from left as first option, swipe from right as second option, reply as third. Alternatively, fully customizable would be excellent.

I have swipe options configured as 1/ Mark as read and 2/ Delete
But on notification, it shows 1/ Archive 2/ Delete 3/ Reply
As I don't use archiving
I suggest both swipe options show up first, and keep reply always in the right
if the notification bar actions were same as see I could do more right from notification bar without having to open the app
