let us be able to clean up our outlook "Folders" and if they are no longer needed be able to delete them. thank you.

I have duplicate folders and the information is over 10 years old. Need to be organized in my folders. please

    I have been trying to find a way to delete unwanted folders and came across this

    Surely in this day and computer age this should be an automatic feature.

    Please please please... need to delete old folders or rename them... .. I still have my ex boyfriends name on it... causing a lot of ****... pritty please 😔

    need to delete SECOND "spam" folder. why "spam" folder works as expected. Spam items go into BOTH Spam folders. Other folder Has "Spam" as part of folder name, UNABLE TO MARK any emails in that folder as Not Spam. So for EACH email put in spam folder in ERROR I have to first move email one at time (MULTIPLE selections does not work here) TO the "Spam" folder, Then use mark as not spam .

    I want to be able to delete a folder if I no longer need it. or be able to delete what's inside and rename. Instead of having a long list of useless folders that is not needed.

    Surely this is a must. I managed to delete unwanted empty folders on my tablet from G Mail by going on my laptop and deleting them from there. it worked on GMail but not on Outlook. Why on earth with the technology today can't they be deleted or renamed? Plse get it sorted

    Don't understand how a platform as advanced as Microsoft doesn't allow this feature? I have lots of folders I would like to remove but no options are available.

    I have a lot of folders and subfolder. Would b awesome to move file to cloud or rename folders
    or delete them. I have folders from.2017

    is it a fact that one cannot open a new folder! That is ridiculous. I used to be able to do it. How can one sort the emails now without it all in the in box.

    not being able to create or delete folders is ludicrous! that's why I hate this system! I only use it because it's company mandated! junk!

    Delete or rename folder after archiving deleting from cloud. I currently want to delete 18 folders to free up space.

    Common OUTLOOK its been since august this comment has been posted and this is also my complaint. Who had ther bright idea to take away our ability to control our own email.
