fix thread view
current thread view hides how many emails are on the thread and I can't understand wich of the emails in the thread I read or didn't read.
In the Windows Phone version of Outlook it was perfect. I could touch the side of the thread and it would reveal the messages in the thread, the ones that were read or not, and I could select one of the single messages from that list.
Just copy it from the Windows Phone version - it is perfect!

it is extremely difficult to read the threads. I usually have tu sto back ans forth and still sometimes do not find the new email, mostly it is at the end, but not always. On top I never know where to ot my answer.

clever threading multiple types of ways
endless scroll of the thread with emails on repeat - that's what we're having right now. don't you guys use your own product? i guess not.
Show mail headlines of thread before opening, not as one giant mail like now. Current thread feature is unusable!
just show your developers Outlook for Windows 10 (Mobile) and force them copy that design 1:1 to the Android version. This is the best solution to show threaded mails!
I am unable to view the whole email on the Android app. all of my emails are cutoff and I see no option to Show Whole Email including pictures.

Also would like the ability to show latest messages on the top, not the bottom. Like the OWA
improve chaining of emails
Email thread expansion should show read and unread email without opening any email; it is there in Desktop app.
User gets notified if any email comes up in Inbox folder; no notification for any other folder structure created even though the folder has its own rule set.

You can't even know which person responded to which message. You can't have one of the messages in a thread as unread - either they are all read or unread.

copy the experience of thread from the Windows Phone version. Not only could I tap and expand the thread without opening the full e-mails, I could also select and delete multiple e-mails in a thread. Neither exists on this Android version.
this works horrible for more than 10 replies
