support pinned emails in the Outlook app. I can pin emails in OWA but the app doesn't show them as pinned (making them difficult to find).
Show pinned emails at the top, or in a special tab in the app. And let me pin or unpin emails from the app.

Pins need to be able to replicate between Outlook OWA and the Android App. It is a fundamental requirement to be able to Action required Pinned emails from the App as in OWA.

How is this still going on?

Microsoft product designed really need to get aligned and keep features consistent across their products. The lack of 'Likes' in the Outlook desktop app is a similar issue!
if there is a star or flag feature it's not easy to find, and I need it!
why is a feature from the webclient not available in the rich client???
please add pined mails

Please add this feature. For me, if I pin on desktop, it doesn't even show the email anywhere in my inbox on mobile. Very inconvenient. It's been 2 years and we're still waiting for this to be added

Pinned emails from the browser app should be easily accessible/visible through the mobile app inbox
I find this difficult to believe, its just 1 of multiple oversights from Microsoft. Our team is looking at moving away from Microsoft. Azure is too expensive and outlook drives my colleagues nuts which costs us time.

This option is readily available in web version, why can't it be available in desktop version? It took more than 2 years for people to wait!!
Lazy company how many more years will you make us wait I’ll just find another email service to use which integrates into my work/job better
Such a lazy company
over 200 comments and we are still waiting

What a ridiculously frustrating oversight!!!
I can't not access to my job emails from my desktop or laptop
Note that this isn't just a feature missing in the android app, but also in the Mail app in Windows 10

Hi, one feature of Outlook-web can be very easily and simply included into the android version.
The feature is "pin to top".
It can be as an additional menu option when reading the message, or as an additional menu option when a single message is selected.
For me personally this is quite useful, as I don't have to create tasks and can readily use the pinned mails to prioritize certain actions without going through my inbox again every time..

This is one of the stupidest gaps in functionality I've ever seen. Why can you pin emails in the browser version but not in the download app??? Why??? How can I ensure that an engineer is actively working on this problem?? Until it's solved I low-key hate Outlook and hate the fact that I have no other choice but to use if for work. Seems like a really easy thing to fix, I don't know why you don't just do it already. I'm not a computer engineer, but it feels like the sort of thing you could solve in a weekend.
Gave up trying to use emails on my old phone because this renders the app completely useless. I assumed it would be sorted years later when got a new phone... nope! Why is this feature still missing?! REDICULOUS!!
