support pinned emails in the Outlook app. I can pin emails in OWA but the app doesn't show them as pinned (making them difficult to find).
Show pinned emails at the top, or in a special tab in the app. And let me pin or unpin emails from the app.

Thanks to the commenter's idea that sparked a thought-the following works for me: I created a category entitled PINNED, tagged my pinned emails with said category. Now, in the Outlook client, I can filter them out when I need to review them.

I can’t believe Microsoft still hasn’t added this fundamental feature. Please make it possible to pin/unpin emails in the iOS/Android Outlook app and separate pinned emails from the rest. 5 years of hundreds of customers requesting a simple improvement, and you still can’t implement it? You insist on ignoring and inconveniencing your users, then claim they have a voice via this platform? Thank god my organization uses Gmail, because Microsoft does nothing for application unity.

Android Outlook doesn't show the pinned items like browser variant does. This makes the idea for a united application mute. It makes you loose focus and disrupts your workflow.

FYI, you can get your pins from web in the outlook app and here's how:
1) open your outlook app
2) click on VIEW
3) click on ARRANGE BY
4) select IMPORTANCEthat's it. you're welcome.

It seems very silly not to be able to pin emails in the rich client or see pinned emails from OWA within the rich client. I assume this is because Microsoft wants to drive us away from the rich client to the web interface... but many businesses still require the client to be used. I also prefer native apps over web apps. So please add the pinning ability to the Outlook native application.

I have pinned emails of gift cards and important information from others I want to quickly access rather search or scroll for that I pinned on PC. if I check my phone though for these pinned emails they are not there because this feature doesn't exist on mobile and its incredibly annoying.

the app doesn't allow emails to be pinned even though the browser based site does, it's important to have basic functions in an app

This has been requested for FIVE YEARS!!! Apps are supposed to be just as functional as websites. WHY can't you guys let us have our Pins?! Just telling me to "make a feature request" is useless because you guys apparently ignore us all anyway. Even the few suggestions you guys marked as accepted, are nearly all incorrect and not what people actually wanted!
