Change spam filtering protocols so that when I move email from the spam folder into my regular inbox, you recognize the sender as not spam.
Spam filtering protocols should be altered to recognize future emails from senders whose email I have previously moved from the spam folder into my regular inbox, and no longer place email from that mailer into the spam folder. I currently have to check my spam folder to retrieve email from mailers who I subscribe to, although I have moved emails from the spam folder many times previously. Thank you.

enable outlook so that once I select an email isn't junk the other email from the same address do not continue going in the junk folder.
also enable ability to search for emails in junk folder. not just inbox -

What's the point of flagging emails as NOT JUNK or NOT SPAM if your filters keep sending future emails from those senders into Spam?

Yes! I agree. Im not sure if I am the only one but the amount of spam I receive in a day is absolutely ridiculous. I get so used to just clicking quickly to delete many times emails from others that I've checked in the recognize email spot gets caught up with the hundreds of spam I receive every 2 days.

It shouldn't be difficult to understand and operate an automatic setting when we moved emails from the same sender a few times from the spam to our legitimate inbox, those emails should not go AGAIN into the spam inbox?!!! We lose opportunities and miss very important messages sometimes! I keep checking my spam inbox, such a waste of time. Really annoying.

when I receive an email in my junk folder that isn't junk, I hit the "not junk" button. this sends the email to my inbox but then future emails still go to the junk box.

The most basic email address from my bank just got tagged as spam by the outlook spam detection services: no-reply@bankname.ca
This really shouldn't happen, most people don't check their spam folder, valuable information is getting lost this way. -

I am new to using the keyone device and I cannot access my spam/junk folder! I have many subscription emails repeatedly going to my junk folder. I do not have a desktop to filter these. I want to be able to access and manage my junk/spam folder on my keyone device. Thank You.

I don't understand how Gmail is so efficient with clearing spam and Microsoft can't use machine learning to understand that emails I've marked as "Not Junk" should not be routinely sent to the Junk mail folder. I rarely use email on my desktop but find myself forced to, so I can mark my safe senders. Why can't I mark a sender as safe in the app?
