Change spam filtering protocols so that when I move email from the spam folder into my regular inbox, you recognize the sender as not spam.
Spam filtering protocols should be altered to recognize future emails from senders whose email I have previously moved from the spam folder into my regular inbox, and no longer place email from that mailer into the spam folder. I currently have to check my spam folder to retrieve email from mailers who I subscribe to, although I have moved emails from the spam folder many times previously. Thank you.

It shouldn't be difficult to understand and operate an automatic setting when we moved emails from the same sender a few times from the spam to our legitimate inbox, those emails should not go AGAIN into the spam inbox?!!! We lose opportunities and miss very important messages sometimes! I keep checking my spam inbox, such a waste of time. Really annoying.

when I receive an email in my junk folder that isn't junk, I hit the "not junk" button. this sends the email to my inbox but then future emails still go to the junk box.

The most basic email address from my bank just got tagged as spam by the outlook spam detection services: firstname.lastname@example.org
This really shouldn't happen, most people don't check their spam folder, valuable information is getting lost this way.

I am new to using the keyone device and I cannot access my spam/junk folder! I have many subscription emails repeatedly going to my junk folder. I do not have a desktop to filter these. I want to be able to access and manage my junk/spam folder on my keyone device. Thank You.

Everyday I get emails from the same sender, and they are legit. But Outlook keeps sending them to spam no matter what I try. It's very annoying.

I don't understand how Gmail is so efficient with clearing spam and Microsoft can't use machine learning to understand that emails I've marked as "Not Junk" should not be routinely sent to the Junk mail folder. I rarely use email on my desktop but find myself forced to, so I can mark my safe senders. Why can't I mark a sender as safe in the app?

a percentage of my emails go to Spam Folder IN ERROR. Glad it is a small percentage. BUT it can be a MAJOR PROBLEM, when as it HAS happened, I get sent a Special msg from a Insurance or banking institution I deal with, About a Urgent issue, Where because they used a email address NOT in my contacts, VITAL, Time Sensitive Information gets sent to the Spam Folder. Being unable to add this email to contacts Puts me at some kind of risk. This Fix will help lower that risk.

emails from same sender keep going into spam/junk folder despite me marking them as not spam/junk. app should remember the sender marked as not spam/junk and put all future emails from them into inbox. I have missed a few important emails before I realised this.

It's very annoying having to scroll through multiple spam messages to avoid possibly deleting something important. I can mark a message 'not spam' but next time messages from the same sender go straight to spam and I have to go through the whole pantomime again.
