option to turn off automatic phone number recognition
numbers inside mails are too often considered as phone numbers. that makes it really difficult to copy/paste them or obstructs the view if the recognized number is part of a larger digit figure.

prices as well, how is a price a phone number? makes it hard to read as it turns text blue, and sometimes it's meant to be white text on black background
The amount of false positives are ridiculous. Anything remotely numeric is not a phone number. A date and time is not for example. Outlook consistently mistakes the first 13 characters of for example "2018-06-30 15:35" for a phone number!
