Not being able to access my O365 contacts/People via the app is ridiculous! As Anonymous said in 12/19, my O365 contacts are not the same as my phone contacts, and I do not—and will not—import my O365 contacts into my phone (Android) contacts. And even if I did want to, I wouldn't bother because they don't sync but have to be imported, which means I'd have to import every single time I added a new O365 contact.

There should be outlook people for the app just like online. Outlook people sets contacts in a group.

Right now I have no access to my O365 contacts on my Mobile App. My O365 contacts are not the same as my phone contacts. My O365 contacts are a superset of my phone list.

Microsoft should continue to expand its ecosystem on both Android and iOS. Key to that ecosystem is the contact application. potentially this is something that you could do with LinkedIn since that is becoming the de facto contact management system for the web. but please keep it simple, the LinkedIn approach is somewhat more detailed than a consumer needs oh, and please don't dumb down LinkedIn because business users love it as it currently is.

simplify contacts on phone app. Have the people icon back one click takes you to the full contact information( right now it takes me seven clicks to get to the full contact unnecessarily convoluted and complicated and not useful). Add a search function to contacts instead of scrolling endlessly from A to Z to find someone. no one has put any thought into the contacts portion of the app and it's time to do it now.
