Microsoft should continue to expand its ecosystem on both Android and iOS. Key to that ecosystem is the contact application. potentially this is something that you could do with LinkedIn since that is becoming the de facto contact management system for the web. but please keep it simple, the LinkedIn approach is somewhat more detailed than a consumer needs oh, and please don't dumb down LinkedIn because business users love it as it currently is.

simplify contacts on phone app. Have the people icon back one click takes you to the full contact information( right now it takes me seven clicks to get to the full contact unnecessarily convoluted and complicated and not useful). Add a search function to contacts instead of scrolling endlessly from A to Z to find someone. no one has put any thought into the contacts portion of the app and it's time to do it now.

sync the fields as Google account, such as notes, protection, job title, department, email, nickname, ...

sync contacts group in Google as contacts cat. in Outlook

2-way sync, currently sync contacts in android phone are read only

A Microsoft contacts app separate from Outlook, which synchronizes contacts photos, numbers and emails with the PC.
