Schedule a meeting from email message.
from an email thread with multiple participants, it would be great to create a meeting that includes all of the participants, similarly to how the Outlook for Desktop does it. It is impossible to do that in the Outlook for Android app without having to manually create a new meeting and manually enter all the participants contacts...
TL;Dr: port the functionality from the desktop outlook to create a meeting from an email message to the Outlook Android app.

Ability to create meeting invite in one-click having to select only Date and Time would increase productivity considerably.
Subject could be auto-populated from chat group name, or Subject from mail thread
Description could be populated from the mail thread content or link to Teams chat
Quick meeting now, schedule call later, follow-up action item, create tasks for recipients, etc, could be few other sub menu-items to include. -

I often receive emails informing me of an upcoming meeting that is not a calendar invitation. I'd like to be able to easily create a calendar event for myself that attaches the email to the event.

It is not possible to create a calendar item from en email as is for other versions of outlook. NB most people using mobile outlook will find useful this functionality as it allows for a quick follow up... + Printing email is also key feature l..

Often email is used to agree a date and time to meet. So as the meeting organiser it would be great to have the option from within the received email to schedule a meeting, just as we do in desktop outlook. The organiser would need to still pick the day and time, but the details section would have all the chat history to reference. Making it easier to fill in the date and time. At the moment you have to remember the date and time, close the email, open the calendar, create a new meeting then hopefully remember the date and time. Not the easiest thing for some to do, especially if they have learning difficulties etc.

there is currently no method to create a meeting from an email for all on the thread in Outlook for Android. it would be beneficial to allow you to press-hold an email and create a meeting in outlook from a mobile device.
currently the only way is to go to the calendar and manually add everyone. that requires you to also click edit all recipients just to see who all is on a thread in the mobile app.

have a One Touch button option to create an appointment on the calendar based off of an email and then move the email into a folder for future reference marked as read.

I usually use this app when I'm on the move, and I often get e-mails on requests for work to be done or meetings to be held in the future. My current workflow is that I have to create a calendar invite/object separately and copy/paste from the e-mail conversation.
So one possible quick action on swiping an e-mail could be that it populates an empty calendar object with summary and details for me to save or make into an invite for a meeting.

add another option to the reply/reply all/forward to create a new meeting or appointment from an original email message. Default to invite all contacts, use email subject as meeting title, and copy email text to the meeting notes. This would save a lot of time on the mobile platform.

I couldn't find a way to send an e-vite for a conference call, I think it would be great to be able to schedule a meeting, appointment, or call, send out an invite to those involved and integrate it into the outlook calendar. (unless if I just can't find this feature and it does exist
