Emails Filtering RULES, To Filter/Move/Send Emails Into Specific Folder, & Create/Modify Rules From New Email Or From Settings
Users need to be able to create/modify eMail filtering/moving RULES in Outlook for Android/iOS. It should allow to create/modify rules either when user views an email or from Settings.

its not 2008 anymore, but for what reason is microsoft reregressing to MS-DOS Win95 days?
Something like this seems very elementary for tech giant not to have.

The function could be simplified regarding the Windows version but it could at least use the fields "contains" and "send to"

I am currently not able to set up incoming emails from various sources, and having them be put into their own folders. Helps with organizing pertinant messages coming from important senders
I have several folders where I store emails. I love using rules (on my desktop) to have Outlook automatically move the appropriate incoming emails into their folders automatically instead of me having to manually do it. The Android version doesn't do that. For instance, I get genealogy emails on Amelung and want them to automatically go into the Amelung folder where they will stand out more and where I can easily go back to them if necessary. So any email with Amelung in the subject, I set a rule to move it to the Amelung folder. I'm going to put it there anyways so why not have it done automatically. :-)

it feels like I'm back to the 90s email services having all my email bunched up without any sort of organisation.

Personal folders restricted to manual sync instead of push/automatic. Rules sending new emails to personal folders do not properly update and notify thru app without first opening folder and selecting load messages/refresh.

by the time the only way to do this is throught outlook web page, this feature should be added and should work in sync so that all rules are centralized and applied in the server before email sync to the client apps

I'd like to be able to filter my incoming emails so if I have an email from PayPal it will automatically go into my PayPal folder instead of me having to scroll through and move them all one by one.

Add Tags/Categories (colored) as in the Outlook desktop app... Make sure those get imported correctly in the settings!
