Add the contacts icon on the bottom navigation bar.
The new version removed the contacts icon for the search icon but when I search I don't always get the contact I am looking for even if it's in my contacts. Then clicking on the contacts it sends me to the list where I can not search anymore, I have to scroll, the previous version was much more intuitive

Easier access to phone numbers for gal when not in existing contact list. Providing email only becomes frustrating

Have a feature to where you can search for any email in your trash folder by entering a key word and all related key words will pop up from the search so you can quickly find and access specific emailswhetherthey were deleted on accident or not. It will save a lot of time and no more scrolling through countless emails!

Even if you explicitly open the Trash folder and then do a search, there are no results given for deleted items. This makes it incredibly hard to find items that are easy to find on Desktop. This is with an O365 account.

Most times when looking for a message that you can't locate, it's in the Deleted Items folder. It works this way on desktop. I get frustrated when I can't accomplish the same tasks on mobile.

Contacts should be its own section in the command bar next to Mail and Calendar instead of under search. This is inconsistent with the design of Outlook on PC/Mac/Web.

It was simpler to use the contacts when there was a peoples tab rather than having to go into search and then look for the contact.

I also use outlook on the PC. And there it's possible to search through your trash folder via the search bar. So why not on the phone as well? Shouldn't be that hard to build right...

This is a basic utility that should work. What bonehead thought excluding the Trash folder would make sense?

I need to be able to access and send to contact groups which I have set up on my computer. I can't even find them on my app.

Please add the People app to the library of Microsoft apps available for Android. As an alternative add it to the outlook app along with emails and calendar.

You can find E-mail, Search and Calendar in the apps footer, but not People/ Contacts. This would be helpful. It should directly open the contacts list.

Allow People to be a separate part of the mobile apps. Just as Mail is one and Calendar is one.

Please add a People/contacts tab and widget to Outlook for Android. I just switched from Nine to Outlook and this is major disappointment. Nine had both a Contacts tab and widget for accessing my outlook.com contacts.

I have all my contacts in outlook now and sorted by different categories. As I use those contacts on my smartphone, it would be very useful to apply this sorting there too, especially regarding the upcoming surface duo next year. Apart from that, it would be great to see all contact information and not only the mail address. So in the end, a real contact button like in the desktop version would be great. Could also be a separate app.

There should be an app to directly access contacts/people similar to tasks. Or if nothing else, there should be an icon/button to get to contacts between search and calendar at the bottom. It is not intuitive or convenient to have to click on search than contacts to get to them.

it boggles my mind that you can't remove a user's image from outlook.com or do any things with contacts within the Outlook app everything is outside if you delete a contact it's gone, I'm like outlook.com we need a People app.
