I set up a signature on my desktop and I need this to also be synced as an option on the mobile app. It should not be necessary to recreate the signature.

Currently, the work around is to save multiple otherwise blank drafts with the full desktop signature and let those drafts sync to the Android application, which has the full formatted signature ready. But these have to be replenished at the desktop, and there is no work around for replies.

According to this Microsoft confirmed it Sep 11 2019 / https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/322590-outlook-2016-for-windows/suggestions/19686520-email-signature-sync-across-devices?tracking_code=1965ebc40edfc3f01f2a67f75b1007a8
- but still no results.
What Microsoft needs to do is suggest IETF standard for syncing of signature in email programs.

in android and iOS apps to have the option to selecting signatures for an email not just per account. if they are going to be syncing with pc/mac outlook that has different signatures.

email signaturea sync from web site to the mobile device apps and computer apps. i use outlook app in android and windows and i have to configure manually every device to have the same signature in every device. signature choosed on web site should remain in every device that log in from microsoft apps without the necessity of configure each time.

I Googled this feature thinking it was easy and I was just missing something. despite being announced/previewed earlier in 2020, it hasn't been implemented. How is such a basic sensible thing not already included? I've been sending the "sent from my Galaxy Note 10+" default one like some kind of free marketing mule this whole time.

Such expensive product and such lack of basic features. What a shame.
Gmail is way more convenient even for businesses.Calling it Office 365 "Business" is very misleading.

This is essential for running business comms using Microsoft 365. So much so that I would strongly consider switching to Gmail for business if they offer this functionality

I want to see the same ability to manage and use my signature across platforms. As it stands now, if I use the android app, I cant use my signature I created on the 365 web portal which has my company logo 'image' attached to it.

Zoho provides a great feature where your signature (including logo) are synced across all devices for each of your accounts. This would be great to have on outlook too as signiatures are not synced and you cannot add a logo to the mobile app signiature

In the desktop and web version I can choose which Sender Will be displayed and those names do not requiere me to have a password ir configurate them like separate accounts.
If I send an email fm the app everybody knows I am not at the computer; therefore, it feels like lack of privacy to me -

Having to add the same signature to all the devices you run outlook on, is time consuming and unnecessary, signatures should synchronize to all devices using the same email address.

I hope that this issue will be covered by the move to a common "back end" for Outlook across all OSs and clients, because having to compile my own HTML just so I can get an acceptably formatted signature is suboptimal (to put it diplomatically). Business users totally need this feature!

This is such a Microsoft problem to have.... Let's take something that should be standard as common sense, make people argue the point they need it for years and still not implement it even when its driving people away from our products. Apple/ios isn't a great product, but it doesn't need to be to pull people away from Microsoft.

Hi. I have my workplace email signature on Outlook on my laptop. It has company logo and text and looks very professional. Downside is the signature does not transfer onto my Outlook Android app. The app only allows basic email signature. I can't copy and paste signature onto it. Please can email signature cross sync on laptop, app, web etc. seamlessly in high quality to ensure business as represented on all platforms the same. if possible have an option to sync via 365 to keep all signature the same with images and high quality text or have separate mobile signature if needed. I want my main signature on all devices though. when I email myself from laptop it displays great on phone but when I try and use it as my signature on phone it doesn't work

1. Search Issue, unable to search mail box for older messages is big limitation.
even messages older than 1 month Android outlook is not able to retrieve where you have to use PC outlook version to check them which is a limitation.2. import signitures from PC outlook instead of text signitures, most of us configures our signitures on PC outlook, it will be great to import it and use it on Android outlook.
3. Attach issue: ability to attach more more than one file at a time is a big issue.

Les signatures ne synchronisent pas et les logos non plus sur les téléphones portables IOS et Android il serait appréciable que cela soit possible.
