Forced to use office365, now trying to accommodate and to blend its calendars into the android native ones... NOT! Android with SmartWatch anyone? And why the heck is this a feature request and not a bug from the first day of the release of Outlook for Android? At least being the single biggest attack vector for Malware in IT is included from the first day! :-D

since my company's mandate that we use outlook, it has become increasingly difficult to start a webex from the calendar, or start navigation to a physical meeting location from the cal.

should be easy to have one login then have all settings in all outlook applications AUTOMATICALLY.
should be easy to sync outlook calendars to other calendars like Google.
it is ridiculously inferior to Spark in the handling -

You can allow syncing calendar to Android native calendar for O365 work accounts. Can you also allow syncing calendar for O365 personal account to Android native calendar.

Seamless syncing between Outlook & the calendar on phones so appointments made in one will show up in the other. Allow separate reminder settings for messages & reminders. I do not want to be noticed every time an email arrives. I do want to know when an appointment is due. This was possible before Outlook did some upgrade. Now the calendar is useless for me

The default calendar app can unify calendars from multiple sources and the integration will help in maintaining a holistic view.

Other third party calendar apps allow you to sync the calendar with the Native Android Calendar application on the phone (just like how Outlook now has the option to sync with Android Contacts).
Why would I want this? I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch and would like to see my calendar agenda on the watch. If the Outlook calendar was synced with my Native Samsung Calendar then I would be able to do this. My workplace has banned us from using any other mail client for syncing other than Outlook so I'm looking for a read only sync to Samsung Calendar.
Before you say anything, I do have the Galaxy Watch Outlook app but it doesn't allow me to see my agenda or browse any calendar items. So please either add full calendar support to Outlook Galaxy Watch app or allow us to sync calendar to Android Calendar.

I have to look at two different calendars. If I accept an appointment it goes to my outlook calendar but that doesn't update on my phone calendar.
