Stop assuming that any combination of digits is a phone number! Too short? Too long? A date? In a table? Then it's NOT a phone number!
Combinations of digits are much too often mistaken for a phone number. This makes mails more difficult to read. Typical examples are tables of data (don't try to match numbers in a table to phone numbers), dates (2018-12-31 is not a bloody phone number!), timestamps, and numbers way too short or too long to be a phone number.
