attach images as "attachment" and not embedded into body of email

Please urgently fix this issue. We have software that depends on users emailing their credit card receipts as attachments, which they can't do from their phone and it's driving all of us wild.

Not allowing pictures as attachments is a horrible idea, I frequently have to send multiple fullsize pictures to clients and when they're online it's a huge hassle for them to have to save them out of the body, then rename each file.
I went to turn of this behavior preventing me from saving an email picture as an attachment and was stunned to discover you can't! So much for caring what the customer wants....

Removing this capability is a disaster for we technical, business Outlook users! You truly have me in the verge of joining the other side on Planet Apple.

This policy is very annoying as we have to share site progress photographs with our development team. When embedded they are unable to save back to file and forward to interested parties.
Microsoft need to think further down the line... embedding pics makes it very tedious to save received emailed pics. The Logic is surely there. What is the point in only one option of embedding?...I just dont get it!
For gods sake use your common sense and let people be able to add a picture as a file and not embed the picture in the email message. What is wrong with you. Simple... "COMMON SENSE"
Samsung app is better then this and makes live easier... however I couldn't make 2 factor authentication work and have to use this terrible app to receive company emails... and I want to attache pictures as files too...
Turn off auto embedding photos into emails. or at least make it an option
Please modify the app so that pictures can be attached and not embedded.
This issue forces to NOT use the Outlook app to manage mails.
Thanks in advance!
FYI Samsung's default email app handles outlook email better than the official app - jpegs are attached not inline. It also allows you to resize while attaching.
Official outlook app should function like this, Gmail does it properly too.

As a workaround I Zip the image before attaching it.
That way I can still use Outlook.

I have started using another mail app instead of the Outlook app.
I still use the calendar in the Outlook app.
By using another mail app I can email attached .jpg files, and I can switch forth and back between my mails - in the other app - and my calendar in the Outlook app.

Reading the forums, this is an ongoing issue. please add an option to select image attach or embed. if this is not possible then please let's user know so we can move to a different email app

Why can't I now send a Word document as an attachment without converting it to any other form as I could with the old version of Outlook. I thought updates were supposed to provide improvements!!!

So it's been over two years now since this problem was first brought to your attention Microsoft. I'm a very patient man but if this is not fixed soon I will be moving back to gmail. This is simply absurd.
This is my only reason to not use the Outlook App. I recently switched back to Gmail App
