attach images as "attachment" and not embedded into body of email
I take pictures of equipment and layouts for technical reasons for work, everytime I send/share the picture from my phone to the engineers, they never receive it because it is embedded. This is ridiculous. I am going to change my mail app until this is fixed. Who came up with this embedded idea, they should be fired for imcoptence.

This should be a simple thing. The only reason I use this app is because my company forces me to, and this feature in particular is why I would not consider using it otherwise
THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS... TRIED SENDING MY BOSS AN EMAIL 3 TIMES AND COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WASN'T RECEIVING THE IMAGE... UNTIL I GOOGLED AND READ SO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS.
ABSOLUTE MADNESS THAT THIS HAS NOT BEEN PUT BACK TO HOW IT PREVIOUSLY WORKED.
IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT. I'LL HAVE TO START USING A DIFFERNT EMAIL APP, WHICH IS A SHAME BECAUSE I LIKE MOST OTHER STUFF IN THE APP :o(

Outlook for Android kann man vergessen.
This is required for as it is used as a business app & the inline pictures are terrible
embedding attachments in the text does bot work. they are jot visible to the receiver when using mobile app. makes the mobile app really messy and cluttered
At present pictures are embedded to email content, being able to make them actual attachments is a necessity.
This feature has been asked 2 years ago, still nothing done ! Please do something, it's horrible to insert pictures in the body of the email T.T
I still cannot believe this is an issue, every email app from the beginning of time has this ability. If a user wants to attached several images and keep the email thread to a text conversation, then it's a requirement.
How was this even missed?

I hate how the Outlook app constantly inserts images into the e-mail body when you attach them. Please add a setting to allow them to just become regular attachments, with thumbnails shown for each one, just as the outlook.com website functions
Yes, please fix this. It is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Why is Microsoft not responding to its customers?
I use outlook for business. When I'm forced to put pictures in the body of the email ot just does not look very profession. attaching pics as a file (jpeg, etc) and putting it under the subject would be a much better option for business people. Sending pics to my buddies great, however I would just text those. This change is just not very good.
Other Mail Apps are able to put pictures as an attachment. Please think about this possibility in the mobile outlook app, so pictures are not anymore generally put as text format in the Mails.
Who thought it useful to embed an image rather than attach. When I have sent it what can the person at the other end do with it. Microsoft have you noticed that Free Email Apps allow you to attach a file.
Will go back to my old free version

yes converted to pdf, the only way to attach normally.

This is incredibly useless for business situations. We often have to send a picture and then it will be saved to our server or used for a report. If the picture is inline, this becomes impossible to do.
I like outlook for android but due to this issue, I have to use gmail instead.
