Why don't you actually implement any suggestions rather than continually asking for them? Outlook becomes LESS intuitive as time passes.

if you read through the issues here oh, you will quite often see issues that you know I've been implemented already. that means that the functionality is either not well situated or the documentation is insufficient to let people know how to use the implemented functionality.
